Classes/credits are allotted immediately to the user account as soon as the customer purchases the course plan, fulfillment happens online.
Refunds:

Subscription
Fulfillment:
Classes/credits are allotted immediately to the user account as soon as the customer purchases the plan, fulfillment happens online. For example, every month 8 credits get added for the next 6 months if the customer purchases a subscription plan of 8 classes per month for 6 months.
